CTS have Partnered with Archlodge to bring you combined Site surveys and MEP BIM modelling & coordination services for the built environment.

Lee Barker & Steve Davis have almost 50 years of experience in the MEP sector, ranging from the drawing boards of the 90's to the modern day delivery of point cloud solutions, BIM and 3D coordination. We have both worked extensively within the industry for both consultants and contractors alike and have a team around us that is unrivalled in the delivery of quality CAD services.

We aim to deliver the best quality & efficient modelling service on the market. With our highly experienced team of BIM Project Leaders & Coordinators, we can deploy a team or an individual onto any project as required. We have the experience of delivering models in most sectors to give us a diverse work-load adaptability. We can work to BIM Level 2 protocols and follow the PAS1192-2 framework. We also have experience producing 2D/3D CAD Layouts, Schematics and Ductwork Detailing plans to cover all drawing production requirements on any given project.
